Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Whatever challenges you're facing, I want you to know you're not alone. If you're reading this, I believe there's a part of you that hopes for healing, growth, and wellness, no matter where you are in your journey.
Having experienced intergenerational trauma but the transformative power of therapy, I deeply believe that mental wellness can be your reality. It's why I became a psychologist and founded Grow + Well.
Being a woman of color and becoming a mother myself made me even more aware of how my well-being affects my relationships and future generations. It's now my mission to support those going through pain and suffering, especially women and mothers.
I believe that when women are mentally well, their loved ones thrive. This not only transforms family dynamics but also communities and future generations. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey, and I welcome you to take the first step whenever you're ready.
